The philosopher's ideas are essential for the science of law, in general, and for that of constitutional law, in particular: the thinker highlights the fundamental principles of good governance, including the good of each citizen, in relation to that of society. overall, the importance of education and training in the development of society, as well as the qualities of the civil servant, who must act in the general interest. In the context of this study, we sought to analyze the relevance of the concepts of form of government and good government from Plato's point of view, in the contemporary world.
