PARTICULARITIES OF YOUTH RELIGIOSITY IN ROMANIA. A CASE STUDY
This study intends to bring new data regarding the way Romanian young people live their relationship with divinity. In our research, the starting point is the theoretical idea that young people living in urban areas, having superior studies, and earnings over the average income are passing through a low level of religiosity, as compared with other categories of people. This study draws few conclusions related to the feelings, attitudes and religious behaviors of one Romanian group of young people employed in two international corporations. Data have been collected through the interview method. The results suggest the existence, in their case, of a particular condition that can be described through a more open, relaxed and critique relation to the religion they are belonging to.
Keywords: youth, religiosity, social-demographic data, corporations, Romania.
